Weather

In heavy rain or snow, tours are cancelled rather than run in unsafe conditions. You'll be told 6–8 hours before the scheduled start.

Physical requirements

The Mount Fuji day trip involves walking at each stop. Travelers should be able to walk around without physical support. If you're unsure whether the day suits you, ask before booking.

During the tour

Your driver-guide will contact you directly once pickup has arrived, so you'll always know who to expect and how to reach them during the day.

Your own preparation

As with any day trip, we'd recommend travelers carry their passport or ID, keep a copy of their accommodation address and travel insurance details on hand, and let someone know their plans for the day.
